I was very impressed with the speed of service from the support team with gotomyerp. I had an issue that was not able to be resolved using the the normal steps/emails, so they connected with me online/remotely and completely resolved my issue right then. Working with gotomyerp has been a very smooth process, I'm very happy with the choice I made. Their customer service is second to none. I found the response time was 10 minutes or less. No joke! You can rarely find this kinda of response these days. It also helps that their service is consistent and very high quality. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a hosting company!

GoToMyERP has been exceptional in their abilities to quickly troubleshoot, diagnose and provide a fix or a process that has helped us with any issues, including with our ISP-Comcast. After experiencing remote disconnects from our host they quickly determined that a chipset in our Comcast provided modem/wifi router was causing the issues. As Comcast was not able to provide a replacement that gave us the service we were promised, GoToMyERP wasted no time and provided a new modem/wifi router to us at NO COST! After countless hours of lost time due to Comcasts inability to provide support, we are finally back up and running with no issues. Thank you GoToMyERP Support Team!!

Top-of-the-line hosting service with special focus on accounting platforms & integration. Concierge service at Michelin 5 star level! Also, team at GotoMyERP really dug in an helped us with integration of our new Order Mgmt System when glitches appeared making this integration a reality (particularly when it took a very long time to identify the core of the matter at hand.

I've personally been communicating with the owner of this company on the Microsoft forums and he's awesome. We've been dealing with a Microsoft issue for an eternity and he has stepped up and created a temporary fix for their most recent remote app issue. He did this out of the goodness of his heart and his willingness to help others without asking for any form of monetary reimbursement or public adulation. These are the kind of folks you always hope to find when looking for a good business partner.

Gotomyerps hosted version of QBOOKS works very well (I initially had some reservations about taking the show online) and, most importantly, obviates the need for regular back up by the end user. Additionally, their response to my queries and issues, in terms of speed and efficacy (i.e. getting the problem resolved), was excellent.

As a QB Proadvisor, I have experience with QB hosted by another major hosting company. I recently had a client obtain their hosting through gotomyerp. I was a bit apprehensive of their service when I started using them, but they have out performed my expectations and surpassed the customer service experiences I've had with the other host many times. They have responded to requests at all hours of the night. I won't hesitate to recommend them to my clients.

I have only had to contact the support team a couple of times but have to say WOW!! They have been the greatest. They are prompt and help you fix the issues or answer your question. Into today society customer service is almost a thing of the past but not with Go TO MY ERP. If you need some cloud hosting check them out. Been with them for over a year and never had a second thought about it. Great job Go to MY ERP!!!

I've been amazed at how well the GoToMyERP guys understand the setup and functions in Sage 100. I am working with a client new to Sage 100 and I have not had to explain a thing to them as I ask for different network requests (that hasn't stopped me from explaining, but I've realized I don't NEED to!). They are all very friendly and prompt to reply. I wish all 3rd party IT vendors were this great to work with.

We recently wanted to upgrade to a new version of one of our platforms. We just requested the service and Gotomyerp reached out to the support team from that software company, and we just waited for completion. This was managed in a timely manner (2 days or less).This is the type of service you receive- prompt reponse and execution. Way to go!

Big package in a small outfit. GoToMyERP has worked very well with us and I couldn't be happier with their customer service. The one caveat is you have to be patient and you also have to some knowledge of the topic when asking their support team. They are quick and willing to help if you know what you're asking.

I had a printing problem with Quickbooks which was really out of the scope of their support but they helped me find the solution anyway. They even did a remote session after 5 pm to help with this. We have been a customer for several years now and have always found support to be extremely helpful.

Very honest company that doesn't just try to go for the sale when it's not in the customer's best interest. After a lengthy assessment of our current situation I was advised that it was best to stay with my current provider and not switch to them. In the future I will reach out to them when my needs change. Tremendous integrity which is rarely found these days.

Fast, reliable Cloud hosting for desktop applications. Really appreciated their implementation and professionalism. The servers have extremely low latency and it makes working in Quickbooks Enterprise completely indistinguishable from running it off a local network. Their backup solution gives me great peace of mind. Wonderful support team as well.
